With this program, you’ll do less than 10 minutes a day of fun and challenging exercises that are sure to help you build the functional core strength you didn’t know you needed, while working your way towards the 6-pack abs you’ve always wanted!

Slider (Multiple Exercises)
*Any object that will allow you to slide on the floor will work for this. Some people use a frisbee or a towel, depending on the type of flooring you work on, different tools may work.
Optional:
Kettlebell/Dumbbell or 2.5-pound or 5-pound plates (Russian Twists)
Small Resistance Band (Donkey Kickbacks)
